Taurus, let’s not beat around the bush, at worst, you’re exhausted from
all the fighting against the odd, defending your corner and feeling like no one
is hearing your point never mind trying to understand where you’re coming from.
Even a patient soul like you has had enough at some point, especially around
the time of the full Moon on 4th May which puts the spotlight on
your stress levels! At best, you are simply really busy, trying to come to a
compromise with the other person and in your romantic relationships. You are
now at a point where you want to shake them and make them understand – good for
you – but you’ll soon learn that whoever you are dealing with has to come to
that conclusion by themselves. Around this time, whatever began in November
2013 is now revealed and dealt with head on – for you it has to do with house
and home, where perhaps you have to sort through something that you’ve not been
wanting to face for some time. Crucially it’s a time to find more of a mental
balance.
This full Moon is in the nakshatra of Swati, ruled by Rahu. Swati is the
‘Great Breath’ and the wind. It’s related to thoughts and ideas, flexible
thought processes and getting the word out. If you have something to say, do it
now. In particular, when it comes to
(joint) finances where you seem to display considerable ambitions now - usually
of the ‘having it all’ variety.
And then it’s your birthday! Happy birthday Taurus! Venus in your area of
income and possessions will make you want to spend some money on all those
beautiful things, hit the sales if you have any where you are. However, this
year, you may want to be careful around this time as Mercury, the planet that
rules your income is retrograde and opposed by Saturn, the great taskmaster and
the one who restricts and sobers us up. This in fact means that not only are
relationships somewhat challenging, once you’ve finished your shopping spree,
you may find yourself landed with a bill or an invoice of some sort.
The new Moon in your own sign may be a welcome step change although you may
not notice it just yet. It’s a new beginning for yourself as well as your
emotional wellbeing and strongly points at relationship matters. You want to
sort through matters that have been boiling underneath the surface and be done
with them once and for all. If you are single, then almost certainly, this is
the time when someone new can enter your life, someone who sticks around for a
